The extended travel distance and high activity of Fire Station 2 would necessitate the construction of a new station, which should be opened as soon as possible after development occurs. COST OF INVESTMENT NEEDED Major infrastructure investment is needed for the Mayes Creek Basin to properly serve the entirety of the basin with water, sewer, and appropriatelysized roadways.
