201 PARKING AND TRANSIT Use 10 Chapter Franklin Zoning Ordinance Effective January 1, 2025 10.11 Use Parking, stacking, and loading areas shall comply with the following: A. All surface parking, stacking, and loading areas required by this Chapter shall be used only for those purposes. Parking spaces in excess of the minimum required parking may be used for temporary uses and structures, pursuant to Section 5.3, Temporary Uses and Structures. B. Any other vehicular use, such as storage, sales, repair, service, or display of any kind shall constitute a separate business use of the space and shall not be counted towards minimum requirements. C. Required parking spaces shall be free and accessible to the public, unless otherwise determined by the BOMA.
