Be limited to either ten percent of the total gross floor area of the principal building or 5,000 square feet, whichever is less. M. Swimming Pools 1. Outdoor swimming pools on residential lots shall be located at least ten feet behind the front facade and at least five feet from any lot line. 2. Swimming pools shall not be located within easements. N. Satellite Dish Antennas Satellite dish antennas measuring one meter (39 inches) or larger in diameter shall: 1. Comply with the setback requirements in the applicable zoning district, unless otherwise permitted by applicable FCC regulations; 2. Be erected in a secure, wind-resistant manner; 3. Be screened so that no more than 40 percent of the area of the satellite dish antenna is visible from public right-of-way . The screen may consist of fencing, buildings, plantings, or any other opaque vegetation or structure permanently affixed to the structure; and 4. Be prohibited in locations where an antenna would be visible from the public right-of-way on lots in the HPO, unless otherwise permitted by applicable FCC regulations. O. Security/Caretaker Quarters A dwelling unit for security or caretaker quarters shall: 1. Be limited to one such dwelling unit per permitted principal use ; 2. Be inside the principal building (detached dwelling units or mobile homes a re prohibited); 3. Not exceed 1,500 square feet of gross floor area; 4. Provide at least one parking space for each bedroom, in addition to the required parking for the principal use; and 5. Be occupied only by the owner, operator, caretaker, or an employee of the principal building, plus that person’ s immediate family. P. Short Term Vacation Rentals See Paragraph 5.1.4.R, Short Term Vacation Rentals. Q. Stand-Alone Drive-Through Uses or Automatic Teller Machines or Kiosks
