23 382 Chapter Defined Terms DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATIONS Franklin Zoning Ordinance Effective December 8, 2020 or space, public building or structure, facility, or public utility, which serves and is available to the public. Public Street Any street or road owned or maintained by a unit of government. q Quick Service Restaurant A type of restaurant that serves fast service food cuisine. r Rear Facade The side of a building facing the rear or back of a lot or building site, not facing a street.
