ENVISION FRANKLIN MAIN STREET DESIGN CONCEPT Purpose: • Articulates the long-term vision of the kind of places that Franklin’s residents, businesses, and institutions want for their future. • Encompasses the historic heart of Downtown Franklin, which has unique qualities that capitalize on the history of the area and the diversity of land uses.
