113 BUILDING TYPES General Provisions 06 Chapter Franklin Zoning Ordinance Effective January 1, 2022 6.1 General Provisions 6.1.1 Applicability This Chapter shall apply to: A. New principal buildings; B. An expanded or altered portion of any existing principal building; C. The entire existing principal building when an expansion or alteration exceeds 50 percent of the building’s existing square footage prior to the expansion or alteration; and D. Any accessory structure as specifically required by Section 5.2, Accessory Use and Structures.
