Side Street For a corner lot, the side street is the side that is fronted by a side facade of the building, rather than the front facade and main entrance. Side Yard The open area located between a side facade of a building or structure and the nearest boundary of a lot. Side Facade A side of a building and connects the front and rear facade. A side facade faces an internal lot line or a secondary street or secondary internal drive.
