Digital storytelling should be expanded through a coordinated media platform that makes Franklin’s history more accessible. A centralized web-based resource hub should be organized to consolidate historic context materials, improve access to research, and coordinate with the Williamson County Archives. Partners should collaborate to select the most effective platform and work together to collect and expand digital histories. Document contemporary history through oral histories. Stories and memories of older residents can be forgotten over time and it’s essential to capture these stories before they are lost. Various organizations have successfully documented some oral histories from influential individuals in the community.
