155 FRONTAGE TYPES Parking Frontage 07 Chapter Franklin Zoning Ordinance Effective January 1, 2023 Description The parking frontage is intended for areas where front access to buildings by vehicles is desired but where some level of walkability is maintained. This frontage has a moderate setback and a low street screen, except at the driveway or internal drive. A parking area with a maximum of two bays of on-site parking and a drive aisle is provided between the building and the street or internal drive.
