Wrecker Service A service for towing wrecked or disabled vehicles or freeing vehicles stalled in snow or mud. x y Yard An open area that lies between a building or structure and the nearest property line and which is unoccupied and unobstructed from the ground upward except as permitted in this Ordinance. Yard Frontage A frontage type described as such in Section 7.3, Yard Frontage. z Zoning District Areas of land divided into zones within which various uses are permitted and standards are applicable. This term may be referred to as a “district”. Zoning Map The official map upon which the boundaries of various zoning districts are drawn and which is an integral part of this Ordinance.
