90 ENVISION FRANKLIN | Design Concepts TRANSPORTATION Vehicular New streets should be designed per the Corridor Character Matrix and Connect Franklin. Bicycle and Pedestrian A coordinated pedestrian system should be provided throughout the area. Connections between uses on the site and between the site and adjacent properties and rights-of-way should be provided.
